Tradewind Properties, LLC, was founded in 2004 with the purpose of providing Kettering University students with high quality housing at affordable prices. --- Chris House is a 1994 alumni of Kettering University. Chris graduated with a BSME degree and also holds MBA and MEng degrees from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Chris has been leasing to Kettering students since 1991 and is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the State of Michigan.
--- Jeff Anderson holds a BSME degree from Michigan Technological University and is licensed by the State of Michigan as a Professional Engineer. Jeff is also a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the State of Michigan.
Tradewind Properties LLC has long term relationships with a local licensed builder and other tradesmen who provide fast and professional service for any maintenance issues that arise at our properties.
